The property size is grand and there is tons of parking including and overflow lot with shuttle service. Live music usually starts at 7pm and it usually gets pretty busy. Bring some camping chairs or blankets too, there is tons of grass areas where you can setup shop.

With this knowledge and love of Zinc, Mike knew when he built his first house his house would be wrapped in custom made Zinc panels. In 2008, Mike along with Kimberly started venturing out to various vineyards, wineries and breweries throughout NC and Virginia.

This is a great place to spend some time with family and friends. 87 acres with long range views the atmosphere is one of a kind in the area. The only drawback is the long gravel drive to get to the buildings, but worth the effort. Zinc is a highly durable material that can last for centuries. It is resistant to corrosion, rust, and weathering, making it an ideal material for outdoor use. Zinc is also fire-resistant, which makes it a great building material for areas prone to wildfires.
Multi-leveled places for guests to sit and relax over a glass of wine, beer or bourbon. Large outdoor patio with beautiful fountain and room for special music. Guests can walk their vast property and visit the pond or barn. We went for their Christmas event with 80 vendors set up and Santa’s arrival. Multiple areas were set up around the property with fire pits to keep guests warm as it got darker. The beautiful, wide open farm like setting sits on 82 acres of land, features vineyards, long hiking trails, a large marble fountain/pool and multiple buildings for different events.

All patrons of ZincHouse must be 21 and over, with the exception of specifically designed holidays and family events.
We went for Mother’s Day and had a great time. There were a lot of people there celebrating as well. They had a couple of food trucks and live music. The grounds are beautiful but get there early if you want a seat with some shade. Next time we will pack a few chairs or a blanket. Tons of space for the kids to run around.
Their minds were immediately transfixed by the experience of sitting outside with a bottle of wine, enjoying nature, and learning about their new passion. The idea of building a winery was born in 2009 and it was then that they began to slowly transform the land into the vision they had for this winery. They took wine courses, made kit wines, brewery courses and started brewing beer. In 2010 Mike & Kimberly made their lifelong commitment to each other while floating in a hot air balloon slowly drifting over the expansive Russian River Valley in Napa. For the next 12+ years they continued to refine their love for wine and craft beer while working to build out this dream that has now become Zinc House Winery & Brewery. Today the property has a total of 87 acres complete with vineyards, multiple event spaces, winery, brewery and massive roof decks that allow for incredible views of the Vineyard and Estate.
